ok so here is my last ? for everyone well untill the next round of stuff i do to this thing.. How do i make sure that the bolt holding the variator on does not come loose cause i just drove the damn thing all was good for like half a block then it made a crazy ass noise and turned off .hmmm get home to find that the bolt is loose as fuck..... Any ideas ?? What the hell are you doing? Did you do the rag trick? Do you have channel locks, ie. big-ass pliers? Bite the pulley. Then tighten. Or go to www.provoscooter.com and check out their tech page.

I don't think you need any loctite, just "Chennel Locks". Once you see them, you wiil know how to use them. Buy em and I'll put up a pic on how to hold the pulley if you want.

big bad rob hook a brother up with a pic .... I got the locks and the lock tight im guessing that i just nned to hold the bad brother down with some rag between it as well so hopefully that will do that trick.... BTW dont you just love when you have a project which requires the purchase of a new tool toy:)
