no start?? [help]

hey didn't know if you guys could help me out having some trouble let me know what you think thanks.

2008 honda ruckus
died while driving , has spark, no fuel to the carborater,
main problem it wont start let me know possible problems.

1 make sure the spark plug cover is attached.
2 make sure all wires at the battery are attached.
3 if you have charge, turn the key from off to on for the fuel pump to prime the system.
"if this doesnt work"
3 fill the tank up with premuim gas. spray starter fluid in the intake and hook it up to a charger so you can kick start it along with the auto start.
"that usually works for me"
