Motor swap

I have a Chinese ruckus 🙈 got it for a grate deal with only 130 miles for $500. But it’s only 50cc need more power and looking to see what would be a good Engine. I would like to do 250cc rather then doing the 150cc and modifying it. I found a Vog Linhai 169MM Engine. I don’t know if they are any good and is water cooled engine better then air cooled or just more thing to go wrong ?

I have a Honda elite 250 I'm selling it's a great swap for the ruk. I live in North Delaware if your interested I can remove the drive train and harness if interested but it needs a new alternator.
