Idle issues.

I want to sell my ruckus because I don't use it anymore and its become more of a pain in my ass/money hole than a convenience. there is one problem, I am having some strange issues with the idle. I cleaned the carb and tried to adjust the idle but had no luck. After it cranks and warms up the RPMs start oscillating. I have no idea why it does this. There is a wire cut from the carb but it has been disconnected for years now so I don't think that's the source (pictures below). 
What should I offer it for on craigslist? Its a 2010 with 4,300 miles in fair condition aesthetically speaking.

did you check to make sure you are low on coolant? try burping the system.

Clean the jets or replace, when they gum up they can cause this. I just rebuilt a carb for a guy with the exact same issue. Easy fix. Send me your carb and ill correct the problem. Oh....  in NO way could this idle issue be your coolant level.....
