2003 Mod Question-Noob

New to the this forum and see the old one is gone?
Have a 2003 Ruck with 2,400mi. All stock. I can get it to about 32mph.
I'm going to buy a NCY CDI and Polini kit. Which kit?
Will this set up get me to 35-37 mph?
Do I need to do anything else with this set up? please be specific
