Looking to change wheels & tires

Can anyone assist me? I'm looking to change my stock ruckus to look like this. Advise, where i can purchase these size wheels and tires.

This particular ruck has a
-drum front hub from flp, you can find it on eBay.
-kymco rear hub you can get from machined machines machinedmachines.com/product/modified-kymco-hub/

Then you can get wheels from machined machines or theruckshop.com
If your stretched you can do a rear fatty but stock engine mount I think you can do a 5" wide rear.
