Sorry to see totalruckus go as my needed answers would probably be on there. That being said hopefully I can still find some help.
Just bought my 3rd ruckus, knew it had wiring issues and this is what I’m coming across. No power to anything that isn’t directly connected to the positive terminal. At The two black 4 prong relays I touched a green wire with the rest light effectively grounding it power was restored to the whole scoot. When I hit the starter I get a click and lose power everywhere again.

2011 gy6 swapped
Looks like OG harness adapted for gy6 and decently well done which makes me think something simple is failing. Scooter did run a drive according to previous owner who bought it off of builder.
