I'm working on a rukus for a neighbor. Its pumping fuel and is firing but will not even act like it wants crank. I pulled the valve cover and found the intake valve is so tight I have to manually push the valve spring in to even slide the rocker over. With that said I can't get any size feeler gauge in there to measure the lash. It currently has a 208 in it but when I measure it I get 1.97. To save him from buying an $80 shim kit can you tell me what shim I need to start with to make this run? Thanks!

1.87 would make it perfect but, as far as I know the closest you'll get is 1.85

I used a 1.90, remember to put number side of shim towards motor for the next person who works on it
