The earlier the better. They don't call it Diablo for nothing. I was checking the schedule for scoot to the moon and the pace is really fast. Not sure if our 50's can keep up. Check it out. www.undergroundsc.org/Yeah I have several routes to Santa Cruz. Not sure about camping especially on the weekends. All the sites might be full. I'm gonna do a multi-day ride/camp up highway 1 really soon. It's gonna be during the week to avoid traffic. Not sure if I can walk the ruckus over the Golden Gate, if not I'll have to figure a way around the bay.

Oh yeah, What's the best way to go? 680, 880? Take 680, it's faster and a prettier drive, very romantic for you and chopchop #Icon018# ... #Icon007# Take the Ygnacio Valley Rd exit at the 24/680 interchange in Walnut Creek, if you miss it, don't sweat it, just stay on 680 and take the Tread Blvd. exit and drive a couple miles down until you hit Oak Grove and drive down Oak Grove until you hit Nob Hill on the left. If you made it to the Clayton Vally exit, go do wn Clayton and make a left onto Oak Grove and Nob Hill will be on your right. PM me if you want better directions, this is all from memory and it's late in the day and I want to go home!

Roboat
I'll see you at 8am on Saturday
After rechecking the ride schedule it seems like we can do the scoot to the moon after all. At first I thought it was 1 hour from one check point to the next but it is 2 hours. That gives us enough time but we'll still be in the back of the pack.

What time do you get off (work that is)? do you work in the concord/walnut creek area? Could we roll up to your work and kidnap you? Robo and Chopchop are hardcore scooterists, so they'll probably want to keep riding well into the night. Also the general of battlescooter is going to be there, to inspect the troops, and i suspect he'll want to keep riding all day since he's been fiending for a ruckus meet for over a year now. No worries hippie, we'll hook up with you somehow.
