As agreed at the runnin' up the devil meet, the (yet to be named) Bay Area Rucksters are going to invade the Italian scooter SF Classic. I've been unable to divine info from the web about the meet.
Batgirl maybe you can help, since you are deep in the depths of the SF scooter scene.
Once again the general will be leading the troops into battle with the 50mph holy grail ruck. He will also do a tech session again. If you need help with something then bring it.
This call goes out to all rucksters, met or any Japanese scooter owners, to come join us represent our choice of rides.
The dates are aug. 12, 13 and 14.

There are lots of events to choose from: www.sanfranciscoclassic.com/I'm thinking about going on Saturday, and joining up for the noon ride and then hanging out at the scooter show for the rest of the day at Boondock Bay. I think if we all met up at the same spot we did for Rage, we could probably get a nice all Ruckus ride in before hand and then make our appearance at the event as a mad pack of Ruckuses...    |

I started a post on BS the day after Scooter Rage was over. There is a link on there, I'll update it. I can't read what the little flyer reads, can you guys read that? I can't wait!   8-)I need more power!  Yeah, that flash animation is a little lame. People tend to get carried away when they're using it for the first time and forget that it won't look the same on everyone's machine. I was able to see it best using IE, which I hate!! Try to keep most of the info on here, link your RC thread back here if you can. I smoked your ass on the East Bay hills and I look forward to doing the same in SF! (don't forget to bring some sand so we can weigh down chopchop, we can pour it in the frame, he'll never know) |

Man I wish I could find the other 3 Ruckus riders in my state. The only 2 scooter clubs I have found are Classic only and from looking at their sites my Ruck wouldn't come close to keeping up. They all ride 125's and larger.

I just talked to chopscoot, and he's going to hawaii that weekend. I'm going to try to go all four days, but it all depends on when my ride is done. And I'm almost broke, but I'll have a sweet scooter.

Damn, thats' too bad about chopchop. Where are his priorities! I think I've got another dude lined up to replace him though! I think the guy's out of Napa and I'm not sure if he has a way to get to SF with his Ruck, hopefully he'll join up this time around.

We got: You Abe Smack me Batgirl my Ruckus Sweet we have enough people. I'll call and sign us up. Saturdays are usually the fast ride and the slow ride, but Sundays are the long ride for everyone. The 2 hour grand tour of San Francisco is the best. |
